Refund policy

At Mac Reid, we value our customers and product quality more than anything. If you’re unhappy with your product, you can return it to us. For refunds, all refund-eligible items bought at Mac Reid with a requested return within 14 days from the day of purchase are eligible for a full refund. All items that are returned must be unused and should contain all of the original packaging.

Process for Requesting a Return

The following outlines the process for returning merchandise to Mac Reid.

Fill out the contact form information, including adding your Order ID to the "Comment" section. Note: If you are returning less than the number of items purchase, please include the Item ID or Item Name as well as your Order ID. If Order ID is not provided we may not be able to process the return.
Once we receive your Return Request, we will reply with instructions to obtain a shipping label to return your item and obtain a refund.

How long do I have to request a return after I order?
You have 14 days from the day your item(s) arrives to request a return.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive a return request we try to facilitate the return process as quickly as possible. Generally, the time from requesting a return to receiving a refund is 7-10 business days.

Why was my return ineligible for a refund?
There are a few cases in which a return or request was denied:

The request to return the item is more than 14 days after receipt.
The item was not returned.
The item was returned used, stained, damaged, etc.
Information provided was incorrect.
